Computing is great and everyone loves the various things you can do on it, but for every awesome thing, there usually is some sort of bad side. For computing, the bad side is that it can cause both legal and ethical issues. For example, if you get a new computer for gaming and then you have fun, there's no issue. However, if during the game you either get harassed or bullied, the problems start rushing in.

Common ethical issues brought by computers are privacy, data collection, and hacking. When you save all of your important information on your computer, or account, there is a risk of someone looking into it. That not only breaks other people's privacy, but it is also considered as collecting data from unwanted people. Also, there is hacking, where you go into someone else's profile, or break a software, etc. These are all wrongdoings.

Common legal issues include, illegal file downloading, spying, and identity theft. By common sense, it is clear why illegal file downloading is wrong. There are things that shouldn't have been posted in the first place, but to get tempted and download the file is just as bad. Spying on other people invades their privacy, and also includes stalking, which is a serious crime. There is also identity theft, where you put your profile as someone else for your own benefits, which is definitely illegal.
